Refund Policy - Sealed and Slabbed
We take pride in delivering high-quality trading card products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a mistake when ordering. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or unsealed trading card products (e.g. booster packs, boxes)
- Graded cards (e.g. PSA, CGC slabs), due to their collectible nature and fluctuating market value
- Digital gift cards
3. Faulty, Damaged or Misrepresented Items
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the goods you receive:
- Are faulty or damaged on arrival
- Are significantly different from their description or images
- Are not of acceptable quality or fit for their intended purpose
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We may require the item to be returned before a resolution is offered.
4. Returns (if applicable)
If we approve a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect
- We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for lost return parcels
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
