Shipping Policy - Sealed and Slabbed
1. Shipping Within New Zealand
All orders are shipped from our location in Waikato, New Zealand. We currently use NZ Post for domestic deliveries, with to the letterbox tracked and courier tracked shipping options available at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivery times generally range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
2. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping on selected products. International delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination and chosen carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
3. Carriers
While NZ Post is our primary shipping provider, we reserve the right to use alternative freight companies when required, particularly during busy periods or for international shipments. Customers will be provided with tracking details whenever available.
4. Shipping Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing. However, if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@sealedandslabbed.co.nz, and we’ll assist as best we can.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
