Terms of Service - Sealed & Slabbed
1. General
By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
2. Product Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and stock levels. However, we reserve the right to:
- Correct errors or omissions
- Cancel or refund orders due to listing mistakes or stock issues
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before an order is shipped.
4. Shipping
We ship within New Zealand using tracked post and courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or customs.
5. Risk of Loss
All items are carefully packaged. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the item is shipped. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and in compliance with NZ consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, logos, and product listings, is the property of Sealed & Slabbed and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Amendments
